I loved staying at hotel and would want to stay there again. The staff was efficient, the accommodation was fantastic and impeccably clean. The room was well-kept and practical with bunk beds, had very good experience. This location was unbeatable and magnificent, near many bars, restaurants and shops, 2 bus stops and blue reef. At the poolside bar guests were offered salads and nibbles.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, location near the beach was lovely, friendly staff and entertaining entertainment team, great family room, water park with a variety of slides, nice grass area.

We got great value for our money at Sun Palace Hotel in Faliraki. The room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants, pubs, and shops. The staff treated us warmly and were always willing to accommodate our requests, especially Nikos who was amazing. The free access to the water park was a major highlight, with plenty of slides for kids of different age groups. a fantastic hotel for families with kids.
The breakfast option could be improved with more diverse choices for Israeli taste, kosher or vegetarian.
